1. Processing & Dispatch Timeline
At SmartHub IT Store, all orders placed before 3:00 PM IST (Monday through Saturday) are typically verified and dispatched on the same business day. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched on the next working day.
For custom PC builds requiring assembly and hardware stress-testing (Prime95, FurMark, MemTest86), dispatch takes an additional 24–48 hours to ensure zero Dead-On-Arrival (DOA) components.
2. Delivery Estimates
- Jaipur City: Same-day delivery or express next-day delivery via store runners / local couriers. Store pickup is also available at Raisar Plaza.
- Rajasthan (Rest of State): 1 to 2 business days via Bluedart, Delhivery, or Trackon.
- Pan-India (Metro Cities): 2 to 4 business days via express air courier partners.
- Pan-India (Rest of Country): 3 to 6 business days depending on pincode coverage.
3. Protective Packaging Standards
IT hardware contains delicate electronic, electrostatic, and glass components. We utilize triple-layer protective packaging:
- Anti-static protective wrapping on raw circuit components.
- High-density bubble cushioning for graphics cards, motherboards, and processors.
- Reinforced double-wall outer carton boxes with tamper-evident security tape.
4. B2B / Dealer Freight Terms
For registered B2B dealers ordering bulk quantities, full master-carton cases, or heavy desktop chassis, orders can be dispatched via commercial surface transport (VRL, TCI, SafeXpress, or local transport agencies from Jaipur) with to-pay or pre-paid freight terms as agreed during quotation approval.
5. Tracking & Delivery Inquiries
Once your consignment is dispatched, a tracking ID and carrier link will be sent to your registered email and WhatsApp number. You can also view live order milestones inside your Account Dashboard.
