By accessing or ordering from SmartHub IT Store ("we", "us", "store"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms, please refrain from using our website and services.
2. Product Information & Pricing
- All prices displayed on the store are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of Goods & Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- We make every effort to display accurate product images and technical specifications. In case of typographical errors or sudden manufacturer pricing adjustments, we reserve the right to cancel affected pending orders and issue full refunds.
- Dealer pricing is exclusively available to approved B2B partner accounts logged into the system.
3. Order Placement & Payment
Orders can be paid via Razorpay (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, Wallets), Direct Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), or Cash on Delivery (where applicable). Orders paid via Bank Transfer will be processed once credit is confirmed in our bank account.
4. Warranty & Manufacturer Support
All products sold by SmartHub IT Store are brand new and covered by original manufacturer warranties ranging from 1 to 5 years (depending on brand and component type).
- Warranty service is provided through authorized brand service centers across India.
- Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid spills, burnt traces resulting from electrical surges, or unauthorized repair attempts.
5. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of transactions on this portal shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
